The roots of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) lie in Clinical Psychology,
Applied Kinesiology and traditional Chinese Medicine. EFT views our emotional
reactions as a direct result of disturbance within the energy system.
Once the energetic disturbance is released memories cease to hold the
original emotional intensity, enabling negative feelings to be resolved
quickly.
EFT can be used to help many issues, such as, anxiety, fears/phobias and post traumatic stress (PTSD) to name a few. The therapy can also help you to eliminate limiting beliefs that have been holding you back, helping you to let go of issues so that you can move forward in a more positive direction.
Your initial consultation will enable us to identify the issue(s) you would like to work on. I will then explain the EFT sequence, which involves working on specific meridian points of the body.
Learning the EFT technique is relatively straightforward and will provide
you with a positive self-help tool for personal development.
