Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of deep relaxation, which I guide you into. While in this relaxed state you will maintain a level of awareness during your session and so will be free to accept or reject whatever you choose.

Hypnotherapy allows you to bypass the conscious mind and access the wisdom and healing power of your subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues. In my work hypnotherapy is used to help with stress management and relaxation, self-confidence, fears/phobias, problem solving, dissolving blocks and limiting beliefs, awakening your creativity and connecting with your intuition/inner guidance.

I have a particular interest in the healing aspects of hypnotherapy (often referred to as hypno-healing), and work therapeutically with hypnotherapy to help with health related issues and pain management.

My role during your session is simply to be the travel guide on your journey. My aim is to facilitate transformation by guiding you to access your natural creativity and positive inner resources. You can then choose to create the changes you wish.


Self-hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is a valuable technique to learn, and the steps to learning it are straightforward. The key to how effective it can be for you belongs to you, and your commitment in practising the technique.

Through individual sessions, you will experience each of the various stages of self-hypnosis. An individual self-hypnosis programme usually takes up to six sessions in total, preferably with weekly appointments, with practice in between sessions.
