I have a background in nursing, management, counselling, transpersonal psychology and other related disciplines.
I am a qualified, experienced therapist in Counselling, Bio-energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Motivational Coaching, and Specialist Trauma Therapy.
I am an accredited counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor. I am also a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy (BIH), the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA) and The Healer Foundation.
I work with children, young people, adults, couples and families from a variety of backgrounds. As well as working within educational settings and for organisations via Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP’s), I also offer private consultations and training in my related areas of practice.
My working style facilitates an individual journey of self-exploration and discovery. I believe in the uniqueness within each one of us, and I aim to promote and honour this in my work, facilitating the uncovering of your unique gifts and your personal pathway.
