I hold a vision and desire for healing on the deepest level and this forms the basis and essence of my work. I aim to assist you in discovering ways of connecting with your deeper sense of self, opening doors which enable you to come into alignment with your true nature. When you are aligned with your true nature, you can come to recognise how you can readily tap into and uncover your inner gifts, strengths, creativity, dreams and heart’s calling. I will support and facilitate further explorations, enabling you to gain understanding, clarity and direction on how you may give form to your gifts, dreams and heart’s calling, so that they can be acknowledged, and shared with others.

I work with children, young people, adults and couples within educational settings and organisations via Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP’s). I also offer private consultations as well as training and workshops in my related areas of practice.

My background is in nursing, management, counselling, transpersonal psychotherapy and psychology, healing, shamanism, energy work and other related disciplines. I am a qualified, experienced therapist in Counselling, Specialist Trauma Therapy (EMDR and Somatic Therapy), Hypnotherapy, NLP and Motivational Coaching, Bio-energy Healing, Meridian Therapies (EFT), Auricular Acupuncture (Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist and Stress Management Specialist) and a Medical Qigong Practitioner.

I am also a qualified Sundoor Advanced Firewalk Instructor. I facilitate Firewalking workshops and/or Arrow Break workshops and individual arrow break sessions. Please contact me for further information.

I am an accredited counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor. I am also a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy (BIH), the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA), the Healer Foundation and NADA-UK.
